‘Red Hot’ Shepperton girls new release

‘Pachelbel’s Canon in D- Dance Anthem’ is the new single from Red Hot Strings, the duo comprising SarahViolin, and Lisa Rollin who burst onto our social media pages with the live-streams from their lockdown project and the globally acclaimed album: ‘Sundowner Sessions (Lockdown Diaries)’. They are both Shepper-ton residents and adore the area.

The forthcoming album ‘Century’ (so called because the girl’s combined age is 100!) is a unique genre bust-ing album from two top professional violinists, blending Classical hooks with harmonies and improvisation, all layered over Deep House Beats, making a gorgeous album of cutting-edge instrumental tracks. Lisa and Sarah met in their early twenties and went on to perform with countless well-known acts including: Adele, Annie Lennox, Beyoncé, Bryan Ferry, George Michael, Il Divo, Kanye West, Leona Lewis, Madonna, Rod Stewart, Simply Red, Slipknot etc., performing on several tours and at hundreds of corporate and private gigs all over the world.

After losing touch, they reunited 10 years later and started collaborating over Lockdown, in-cluding performing over 100 Livestreams on Facebook. They also started work on their first album, utilising their many years of live gigging experience, classical training and love of im-provisation, to produce the debut album ‘Century’.

They teamed up with their old friend and colleague record producer, Richard Taylor to create unique tracks blended with Classical gems. The result is ‘Century’, recorded on their electric violins with lush harmonies and live piano. Find them at:
